Seattle Party Camp: Refresh Challenge

It’s time to break another world record, Seattle, WA!

This past winter we broke the Guinness World Record for the Biggest Snow Ball Fight and this summer we are gearing up to break the record for the Largest Water Balloon Fight! That’s right – it’s going to be wet and wild!

Instagramers Seattle and We Are Juxt are partnering to bring you the latest from Party Camp. Along with updates, we are hosting a Tuesday weekly challenge leading up to the main event! Unlike the regularly scheduled @Igers_Seattle’s Tuesday challenge, this contest will run for 1 week and is open to all US residents. Each week there will be a new theme and a prize. Be sure to help spread the word and tell your friends!

On August 17^th the Seattle Center will transform itself into Party Camp, the summer camp you have always dream of! A group of professionals who never quite grew up are bringing 300,000 water balloons and 12,000 people together to attempt the Guinness World Record for the largest water balloon fight. This 18 and over event will feature all things we loved about summer camp including body paint, friendship bracelet making, bocce ball, camp food with the addition of live music and multiple Red Hook Brewery beer garden. Gates open at 12pm where you will be welcomed by the nostalgic feeling of childhood fun, lasting until 7pm, with the world record attempt at 4 pm. The proceeds from this event will send patients from children’s hospital to Camp Korey. We party so kids can too.
