Welcome to the HTC One A9. These are the first images taken and posted anywhere. (see more images below)
We were lucky enough to be asked to supply one of our photographers and we put Dutch Doscher (Instagram and Twitter) up for the gig.
“I received the phone last week and took it to some of my favorite places. I wanted to get some nature, landscape and street shots. It was the first time I used an android phone and really considered switching out of an iPhone.”
All images are shot and edited on the HTC 13 megapixel phone with the native camera and gallery app. Some have also been edited with Google’s Snapseed app.
Enjoy and as always, All comments welcome. Dutch will try and answer any questions you may have.

Amazing shots, Dutch!
These are simply Amazing photos !!!!
Thanks Jeff
Incredible images,Dutch ! ??
Thank you
Great photos, Dutch. Solid work man.
Thank you my friend. We need another photo adventure
Awesome photos! I would pass all of them except for no.22 which is the one of the bridge across the river. Those electricity wires look too ‘blocky’ for my taste so the camera fails there. Also in pictures of buildings with many windows the camera sometimes overlaps windows onto each other. But as a set the images are so colourful and realistic that the A9 camera passes with an A!
I noticed that #4 and #28 (out of 28) were both nighttime street shots… both of them are blurry pretty much all over. Was that intended, or did the auto-focus just not grab the correct focal point, or perhaps some other setting?
If you could explain any/all settings used with the photos it would be even better.
Other than that, these are all fantastic pictures, my favorites being the first 2 (especially #2).
